When The Armchair Analyst initiates coverage of a new company, a self-imposed escrow will be placed on the stock issued for services.
6-month escrow on 100% of the stock
12-month escrow on 50% of the stock
No escrows are placed on money invested directly by The Armchair Analyst into the company.
The Armchair Analyst, its contributors and principals, adhere to a company-wide policy governing trading and investing activities related to the stocks we write about.
This includes:
3-day trading blackout after publishing "Long Form Content" on a company with which it has a commercial relationship.
Maintaining an MNPI register.
Adherence to the escrow periods for trading.
